You ask that additional questions be added to the agenda of a general meeting
In view of the next general assembly of co-owners, you would like it to address a point in particular. Be aware that article 10 of decree n ° 67-223 dated March 17, 1967 gives the possibility to one (or more) co-owner (s) or to the union council to notify the trustee at any time of the questions they ask for. 'they are included in the agenda of a general meeting. Since 2010, a draft resolution of certain questions must be notified with the request (article 11 of the decree).
The trustee puts these questions on the agenda for the convening of the next general meeting, which must be notified at least twenty-one days before the meeting. However, if the question (s) raised cannot be registered at this meeting given the date of receipt of the request by the trustee, it will be (will be) at the next meeting.
