The remote controlled garment is not right for you. You return it to the sender

You have ordered an item of clothing on the Internet or by mail. At the reception you realize that it is too small. Or you have subscribed to an Internet service provider contract, but wish to choose another provider. You have seven clear days from receipt of the goods or acceptance of the offer of services to exercise your right of withdrawal (article L. 121-20 of the Consumer Code).

You will return the package by registered mail in order to obtain a refund of the total amount paid. For services, you will send a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to request the cancellation of the contract and the reimbursement of the sums paid. You do not have to justify yourself or pay penalties, with the exception of the cost of returning the order.

Please note: the right of withdrawal is excluded, in particular for the provision of services the performance of which has begun, with your agreement, before the end of the seven-day period, and for the provision of accommodation, transport, catering and leisure services which must be provided on a date or according to a determined periodicity (ticket reservation, travel, etc.).

While thanking you, please accept, Madam, Sir, the expression of my best regards.
