Your neighbor has applied to build a house on his land. A building permit was granted to it by the mayor of your municipality. Considering that the decision does not comply with the town planning rules applicable in this case, you wish to appeal against this authorization. First of all, you will have to go to the mayor to get it canceled. This process constitutes the obligatory preliminary amicable recourse before any legal recourse.
