You are appealing against the building permit granted to your neighbor
Your neighbor has applied to build a house on his land. A building permit was granted to it by the mayor of your municipality. Considering that the decision does not comply with the town planning rules applicable in this case, you wish to appeal against this authorization. First of all, you will have to go to the mayor to get it canceled. This process constitutes the obligatory preliminary amicable recourse before any legal recourse. When you exercise it, do not forget to notify it to the mayor, author of the decision, and to your neighbor, beneficiary of the permit, in accordance with article R. 600-1 of the Town planning code.
Notification must be made by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, within fifteen clear days from the filing of the appeal. Otherwise, your appeal will be declared inadmissible.
