We have not delivered all of the items ordered
You ordered a bedroom, but the bedside tables are missing on delivery. Mention it immediately on the delivery note and send a confirmation to the seller, by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, asking him to quickly deliver your entire order. Take the time to unpack and check the order. The words “subject to unpacking”, indicated on the delivery note, have no legal value.
If your efforts with the seller to obtain the remainder of your order remain unsuccessful, you can ask for it to be canceled before the civil courts, under article 1184 of the Civil Code. The judges will decide whether to cancel the entire order (this is the case, in particular, if it relates to a set of inseparable elements) or only the part of the order that was not delivered (in the case of elements that can be separated).

One of your deliverers has just delivered to me (indicate the nature of the goods), ordered from your store on (date and reference of the order form).
I had ordered (recall the details of your order) and I see that it is missing (indicate very precisely the goods which have not been delivered).
