1. Rental + Deposit + and if any other charges related to the Vehicle Rental to be paid in advance.
delay payment will charged on daily rental base.
2. Cost of fuel, oil and repairs unto Rs.3500.00 should be borne by hirer.
3. Every month the vehicle to be reported to Avast workshop for the Service or Rs.6000.00 per, service
chargeable from the Hirer.
4. Oil, Water, Spare wheel, Jack & Air-pressure Ect to be checked daily and maintain in good condition.
5. In case of major break-down substitute vehicle will be provided but not in the case of an accident.
6. In an event of any accident Hirer is liable for excess up to 1st Rs ..................................or Rs.40,000/-, and cost
of towing to Avast.
7. Hirer is prohibited from using the vehicle in breach of Laws-excessive speed, under influence or Liquor/
campaign/ any other illegal purpose and in areas of civil disturbance/ Mortgage, sales, alternation/
Transportation of Pets, illegal items and any transaction related to the vehicle.
8. Vehicle cannot be re-rented or driven by any other 3rd party other than person who had signed the
agreement. In case of 2nd driver additional payment will be charged.
9. No refund of rental in part/whole if vehicle is Damage or returned before the expiry date
10. Minimum 1 00km per day, Extra Km chargeable as per Agreement,
11. In the case of an accident Hirer should inform Avast & nearest police station and obtain a copy of full
statement before returning the vehicle to Avast, until such time the rental will be charged.
12. Delivery and pickup within city limit Rs.2,500/- per service
13. Hirer is responsible for the Total cost of damages and rental, if insurance claim is rejected on account on
invalid documents ie: Incorrect details of accident etc, under intoxication.
14. Hirer has to check the vehicle before accepting and inform of any damages etc.
15. LONG TERM AGREEMENTS: In an event of early termination 03 Months (Three) rental will be charged
16. Hirer agrees to pay Rental + Cost + Damages + and Legal charges and Fines if any until the vehicle is safely
returned to Avast.
17. Avast not liable to pay any cost or compensation to hirer.
18. The contract will be Terminated without notice if no payment made in advance, or any violation.
19. Hirer cannot abandoned or keep the vehicle unattended at any location, Hirer should be aware of Sri Lanka
Security systems. If any damages caused Hirer is liable for cost of damages
20. Hirer is responsible for Cost of Tyre Damages, Running without Oil, Water, Fuel or Wrong Fuel.
21. Extension of period will be granted only upon receipt of payment, subject to above terms conditions agreed.
