RENTAL OF PARKING BAY AT 332B, GCB COURT CONDOMINIUM,

JALAN AMPANG, 50450 KUALA LUMPUR

It is hereby agreed that the above car park bay is rented out on a willing basis at RM80.00

(Ringgit Malaysia Eighty Only) per month to be paid six (6) months in advance totaling to

RM480.00 (Ringgit Malaysia Four Hundred Eighty Only) between both parties. Termination of this Agreement shall be at one (1) month’s notice in writing by either party and

any balance of un-apportioned rental shall be returned by the owner to the tenant accordingly.

The owner shall not use the car park bay during the rented period.
