• It is a good way to raise money.
• It is inexpensive to organise.
• It isn’t affected by weather conditions.
Disadvantages
• It might not be popular with students who are not artistic.
Option 2: An outdoor sports day.
Advantages
• It would appeal to a wide range of students.
• It is possible to raise money by selling refreshments.
Disadvantages
• It is expensive to organise.
• Success depends on good weather.
