geographical and environmental:
The seismic and geological risks are numerous in the country: two of the largest earthquakes of the world took place in China in 1556 (Shanxi earthquake) and in 1976 (Tangshan earthquake). A third of the 18 deadliest earthquakes of the 20th century took place in China.
China is on pedestals, ie masses of crystalline metamorphic rocks, which were affected by the collision between the Indian plate and the Eurasian plate (where China is located) 40 million years ago. The bases of China have been broken, causing flaws that explain the violence and frequency of earthquakes, all the more deadly as they affect densely populated areas.
China is one of the two regions most affected by earthquakes with India, it has an index of 10/10, according to the UN, index based on the frequency of disasters, the existence of infrastructures responding to it and the level of emergency preparedness.

The Xinjiang region in particular is very affected by these earthquakes, because of the collisions of the plates. The same goes for Gansu, Hebei or Yunnan. The entire Chinese territory is therefore strongly marked by seismic problems, which may explain the development difficulties of the country because of its dangerous territory.
The ministry gives very strict instructions for things to do in case of earthquake. In addition, China plans to implement a warning system to prevent geological hazards, and district level governments will be responsible for publishing the results of monitoring the geological environment and issuing warnings. Local governments will need to take action as well, and individuals or companies will need to have environmental data approved by the district government prior to publication.
Regarding the health and epidemic risks, they are of three types:
 diseases transmitted by insect bites or contact with animals
Dengue and malaria hit parts of China. The bird flu virus H5N1 is still present today everywhere in China, and has been 28 dead for 10 years. Cases of rabies are increasing, and make 2,400 deaths per year in recent years
 diseases transmitted by water, food or the environment
Diarrheal diseases and cholera are common, many advice is brought to the population in terms of hygiene to stem this.
 diseases transmitted by interhuman contact
Tuberculosis and pulmonary plague are customary in the country. We are also witnessing the spread of AIDS, which affects about two million Chinese people. Currently, a hand-foot-and-mouth disease outbreak is underway, killing 240 people in 2012.

The diseases are so diverse and varied and many victims, but these figures are weighted because of the large population of China.
