You have not yet been refunded the item you returned to its sender

You returned the package you ordered remotely, but the professional is slow to reimburse you. However, he must do so as soon as possible, and at the latest within thirty days following the date on which you have exercised your right of withdrawal. Beyond that, the amount due is, as of right, productive of interest at the legal rate in force (article L. 121-20-1 of the Consumer Code).

Refusal to reimburse you is punishable by criminal penalties (fine of 1,500 euros for 5th class fines). If you encounter difficulties in getting a refund for your purchase, you can alert the agents of a departmental population protection directorate (DDPP or DDCSPP) in the department in which the company is established.
